Description

The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Affiliate Relations (P/N), subject to availability of funds, is seeking a Contractor to design and produce graphic elements for advertising and promotion of Voice of America (VOA) products at various locations worldwide, as directed by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor will be required to develop an advertising campaign producing a series of 4 individually different but conceptually related, four-color advertisements, suitable for placement in major international broadcasting publications for the promotion of VOA products and the establishment of a brand identity. An Indefinite-delivery/Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded and each requirement will be specifically described and negotiated in Task Orders issued hereunder. Delivery Terms: Base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2001 with four consecutive one-year renewal options beginning on October 1, of each of the following years.
