Description

This is the third amendment to a previous synopsis dated March 2, 2001. The answers to the following questions is as follows: THE CLOSING DATE OF MARCH 19, 2001 REMAINS UNCHANGED. 1. What format does the portfolio samples need to be in? ANSWER: Hardcopy 2. Clarification of Question 3 and 20, 20b in first question and answer modification concerning the 500 Sales Kits. ANSWER: There will be no publishing or printing for the packaging solutions. The Government will need 500 containers to hold materials. The material will already be printed. The Contractor has to purchase the actual container (500 of them). The Contractor has to add identity to the packaging and provide cost for labor involved in populating the kit.
