Description

Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright AK intends to establish a firm, fixed-price contract that will provide for preventive maintenance service for Eastman Kodak DryView Laser Imagers, other peripheral equipment, and software upgrades to the systems. Subject solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Testing Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation number is DADA13-01-T-0040, the NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. The contract will be established with a base plus four option periods, beginning on or about 15 April 01 through 31 March 01. Price shall include all labor, transportation and parts (to include software upgrades) to perform the service. Anticipated release date of the solicitation is 23 March 2001 with an anticipated closing date of 11 April 2001. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, technicians must be OEM trained.
