Description
The Department of the Interior (DOI) seeks information on a PC-based, Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software package that has the capability of identifying specific components of a web site failing to meet the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, reporting these violations, and subsequently offering an appropriate electronic solution for correcting these violations. Vendors of such COTS software products should submit information describing their product to the address below. Submissions should include description of the function and capabilities of the product and a description of support services available for same, if available. Vendors should also provide a cost estimate per license of the product as well as address the availability of demo versions of the software. This notice is issued as an agency market research effort/request for information and as such does not constitute a solicitation for offers. All materials submitted in response to this notice shall become property of DOI. DOI will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice, nor does DOI guarantee response to submissions.
