Description

Design a project to rebuild 20 greens to modified USGA specifications. Replace irrigation system around the greens. Construct 10 new greenside bunkers to USGA specifications. Remove trees as required to provide adequate sunlight to the greens. Renovate existing pesticide mixing station and wash rack to comply with environmental regulations. SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED: Design a complete project including all plans and specifications. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 FACTORS ON ELGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION: a. Geographical area: None b. Firm Size: Firms considered small businesses and large businesses are eligible for consideration under this announcement. c. Other: (1) Firms with Intergraph CADD capability and those with other CADD systems and inexpensive and accurate translators will receive special consideration. (2) The Government may at it's option negotiate with the firm selected at a later date for services to inspect the construction of the project and to provide as-built drawings.
