Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to sole source contractor, QUALCOMM, Inc., San Diego, California for the following listed commercial items to be acquired in support of current Contract No. DAAB07-00-C-A002: 43 each ACU with Cable, 610 each Cable Antenna (P/N CV-90-30234-30), 610 each Switch Kit (P/N 65-2989-2 DTTS Panic) and 5 each QTRACS Extended Support Packages. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only request for proposal that is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Delivery will be F.O.B destination. The provisions set forth at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial and 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. QUALCOMM is required to submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating DO-A7 applies to this acquisition.
