Description

YPC01031000480. NSN 4720-00-289-0756; Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic. 2-1/2 inches ID, 50 feet in length. Mil Spec titled 'Hose, end fittings and hose assemblies, synthetic rubber, aircraft fuels' applies. Inspection system IAW current insp. procedures is required. Contractors compliance to the quality assurance provisions of Section 4 of MIL-H-17902 shall be documented as specified in MIL-STD-831, preparation of test reports. Amendment 3 of MIL-H-17902 can be obtained thru the contract specialist. In accordance with specification MIL-H-17902F and DSCC (Cage: 16236) drawing number SQAP-4720-M002. Quantity of 150 each to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA within 340 days after date of contract and 84 each to be delivered to XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA within 340 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP of IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11 April 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Federal, Military and Commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
