Description

Pump and Motor Overhaul Services. Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to perform services per specifications. Pickup, overhaul, and deliver pumps and motors on board various naval vessels within the Puget Sound area. It will be impractical to distribute all applicable specifications with the solicitation. These contract documents may be examined at FISC Puget Sound, Second Floor Bid Desk, or can be accessed and downloaded from web site: http://www.puget.fisc.navy.mil/contract.htm. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $50,000.00. FOB: Destination. The Period of Performance will be one year from date of award, with two, one year options included. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in a Microsoft Office '97 or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf), and will reside on a World Wide Web server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the Navy electronic commerce page is http://www.neco.navy.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government will not maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations or quotes and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid, which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. Telephone requests will not be honored. Notes 1 and 26 apply.
