Description

Trenching for electrical work (approximately 450 feet). Construction of concrete slab for new transformer and condensing unit. Demolition of existing rotary coolers and associated supporting structure and appurtenances. Installation of new 80 ton air cooled condensing unit and compressor. Installation of new banks of DX cooling coils and associated refrigerant piping (approximately 75 feet). Demolition of existing 37.5-kVA transformers from elevated platform and 600 amp main breaker. Installation of new 300 kVA transformer, new 1000 amp distribution panel board, conductors and conduit to new transformer, panel board, and condensing unit, and new conductors and conduit to swimming pool area and reconnection of the swimming pool facility.
