Description

Treat approximately 300 affected areas with a general area of 400 acres with herbicides to control perennial pepperweed (Lepidium latifolium). Ground application methods will be used to complete two separate applications; one in the spring and a second treatment in the late summer. Beginning at Wellington, NV, travel south on SH 338 approx. 18 miles to Forest System Road 028; turn east on FSR 028. Project site is south and east of FSR 028 on area commonly known as "Rosaschi Ranch". Est. start date is 5/1/01 with 45 calendar days for completion. See Numbered Note #1.
