Description

Furnish all the necessary supervision, personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, custodial, and residual grocery services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Fort Carson Commissary located at Colorado Springs, Colorado, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). Several items within the solicitation are subject to OMB Circular No. A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. The decision to award these items will be based on a cost comparison. The base period is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The solicitation also includes four (4) one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990 and the business size standard is $5 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about April 1, 2001, with a tentative closing date on or about May 29, 2001.
