Potential offeror's are hereby notified that DRAFT RFP DAA09-00-R-0137 and asscoiated DRAFT documents has been posted to the Radford AAP competition website located at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc/. This is a full and open competition. Offeror's are asked to notify the PCO concerning their interest in conducting a pre-solicitation conference. If a conference is held it will be on or about 28 Mar 01. Offeror's should contact the PCO for details.
