Description
The purpose of this synopsis modification is administrative in nature so as to permit future award synopsis on the Fed Biz Opps web solicitation system. A dummy response date of 04/01/01 has been placed in the system to facilitate this. The original proposal due date of 2/12/01 is not changed. An award determination has not been made as of 3/14/01.
