- Gopher trapping services on the Diamond Lake Ranger District, Umpqua National Forest, estimated quantity is 200 acres. This is an indefinite quantity type contract with a minimum of $2500 and a maximum of $35,000. This is a Request for Proposals requiring completion of a questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to gopher trapping and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
