Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-00-T0201 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under North American industry classification system code 541519, standard industrial classification code 7379, size standard 18 million dollars. INSTALLATION CONSISTS OF: (V) conduit and fiber optic cable from NES server. Install a lock key box at each termination point 3.5 feet from floor. Relocate inbound SIPRNET line. See attached statement of work, map will be provided. Site visit scheduled for 28 Mar 01 at 9:00 a.m. The government reserves the right to award to the _other than low_ offeror, if it is in the Government_s best interest. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with its offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Require to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document.
