Description

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to make a competitive award for the use of a facility to lodge 15 participants from June 4-5, 2001 and an additional 30 participants from June 6-8, 2001, and provide three meals per day. There is a requirement for one breakout room on June 4th and 5th and two breakout rooms for June 6th 7th and 8th. Instructions ontractor shall propose a per person package rate for lodging, food, and gratuities. ward Criteria -- Factors will be equally weighted 1. Facility should be located within a one to two hour driving radius from Washington, D.C. 2. Facility must have availability for early June. 3. Experience serving international client's interest i.e., international phone calls, currency exchange, food preferences, various menus. 4.
