Description

Pickup/delivery of VA owned durable medical equipment to VA beneficiaries residences. Services include but are not limited to delivery, assembly, installation, recovery, and instructions on use of durable medical equipment. Term of contract will be for period beginning May 1, 2001, or date of award whichever is later, and ending September 30, 2001 with four (4) 1-year renewal options, subject to availability of funds. RFQ document will be available o/a March 19, 2001. All requests for RFQ document must be in writing and may be faxed to the Contracting Officer at 740-772-7008.
