Description

The contractor shall provide personnel (professional and nonprofessional) and management necessary to operate a primary care clinic and provide outpatient primary care medical services at Victory Clinic/Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH), Fort Benning, Georgia, excluding active duty soldiers and children under 18 years of age. The contract will be awarded for the basic performance period of 1 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 with four 1 year options. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and must include name, address, telephone number, business size, and the solicitation number. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated to be held after issuance of the solicitation and will be announced therein. It is the responsibility of each prospective offeror to verify the date for the issuance of the solicitation, time and date for receipt of offers, and the pre-proposal conference.
