Description

This is a modification to N00604-01-R-A006. This RFQ is an internet-only solicitation and may be downloaded as of 13 March 2001 from our website at http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/owa/solicitation_registration.start_page. A Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on 26 March 2001. An award is anticipated no later than 04 May 2001. The completed quotation, FAR 52.212-3 certifications and past performance references may be e-mailed to deborah_a_alberto@pearl.fisc.navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-5750 by 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time, 3 April 2001. Once the initial offers have been evaluated, those offers remaining in the competitive range shall participate in a REVERSE AUCTION on 17 April 2001, 12 noon HST, (an on-line downward pricing tool) to negotiate the contract's final pricing.
