Description

Hotel must be physically located within a 3 mile radius of the White House and within walking distance(not more than 200 meters) to a Metrorail station. All rooms must be within the same hotel. Rooms are required for May 2002, 2003 and 2004. Approx 79 Singles and 169 double rooms are required each year. All requests must be in writing. Facsimile requests can be faxed to (717) 245-3053 or emailed to: kessels@awc.carlisle.army.mil. On email requests, list the complete name and address of your company/hotel. Solicitations can be sent to your email address. This solicitation is unrestricted. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
