Description

Total Small Business, Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed price contract, General Services Administration, Special Services Delivery Team, will be relocating approximately 499 employees for Department of Interior, National Park Service from 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC to 1800 G Street NW Washington, DC. The period of performance is schedule to begin in June 2001. The pre-bid conference, property inspection and walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday, April 11,2001, at 10:00 a.m., in the lobby at 1849 C Street NW Washington, DC. Prospective bidders interested in attending the walk-through must submit to this office in writing the company's name, and the name and social security number of each representative attending (only 2 per firm) by close of business March 30, 2001. Bidders that fail to participate in the walk-through or inspection of the property will not be considered for award. Solicitation will be issued on or about March 28, 2001.
