Description

The United States Special Operations Command will host an Advance Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI), at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, Florida, June 7, 2001, in conjuction with the Special Operations Forces Week (SOFWEEK)June 4-7, 2001. This conference offers an excellent opportunity to interface with SOF senior leaders from around the globe and to learn first hand about potential business opportunities near term and accross the Program Objective Memorandum (POM)years. The week of activity includes exhibit opportunities (June 6&7), social engagements, golf tournaments and SOF Mess Night. This year SOF Mess Night will be open to military, DOD Civilians, industry representatives, invited guests and their respective spouses. Registration material for exhibitors and for attendance at the social events, golfing, and APBI can be found on two web sites, (meetingmattersplus.net or soal.socom.mil). This conference should be attended by marketing and business development personnel and there is a special session open to company CEOs and Presidents.
