Los Alamos National Laboratory will be hosting two separate days of an ON-SITE Technology Expo on Thursday, May 24, 2001, and then again on Friday, May 25, 2001. These spectacular events will be promoted to ALL Personnel at Los Alamos and The Department of Energy, Over 7,000 personnel. Some of the programs that Los Alamos Labs is involved with include research in the following areas: Energy, Nuclear Safeguards, Biomedical and Computational Science, Environmental Protection and Remediation, and Materials Science. In addition, the facility has an annual budget of $1 billion and it is one of the largest multi disciplinary, multi program in the world. NCSI=s last event at this Highly Technical R&D Facility in October >00, had over 350 attendees in each event. We are expecting another two well attended events this year!!! A sample of the requested technologies include, research in energy, nuclear safeguards and security bio-medical and computational Science, environmental protection and remediation, materials science, wide array of standard supplies, scientific equipment and services associated with operating a research laboratory.
