Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to CMI Sales Company, Oklahoma City, OK for the purchase and installation of a water compaction system on a RS-650 Reclaimer complete with pump, flowmeter, spraybar, and required electrical, electronic and hydraulic hardware. This notice is not a request for offers. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used on other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c) and FAR 6.302-1.
