On Wednesday, October 17, 2001, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport Division (NUWC) is hosting a Technology Expo that will take place from 10:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m. This expo will be advertised to all NUWC personnel, including 3500 civilian employees, 70 officers and enlisted personnel, and the Newport Naval War College. Newport is the Navy=s principal research, development, test, and evaluation center for submarine weapons systems, and surface ship sonar systems.
