Description

The work consists of replacing a concrete deck system. Work includes demolition and disposal of an existing concrete deck system, including concrete curbs, and constructing a new cast-in-place concrete deck system. Project site is located in Klamath County, Klamath Falls Resource Area, Lakeview District, Oregon. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2001, and performance time is 75 calendar days. Bonds are required. Bid Bond is 20%; Performance Bond is 100%; and Payment Bond is 100%. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
