Description

Furnish mowing and trimming services within the parks/areas of Toad Suck Field Office, under the jurisdiction of the Russellville Project Office, Russellville, Arkansas, for the period 01 May 2001, or date of award, whichever is later, through 28 February 2002, with options to extend through 28 February 2006. Numbered Note 1 applies. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). If UNABLE to register through the internet, a written request may be sent to Contracting Division at the address above, faxed to (501) 324-5196, or email, by providing the following information: Name of Firm, Point of Contact, Mailing Address, Street Address for Parcel Delivery Service, Telephone and FAX numbers (Including Area Code), E-Mail address, Level of Participation (General Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier or Plan Room), and large or Small Business status. Failure to provide the above information may cause a delay in receiving the CD-Rom and amendments. Solicitation will be available on or about March 26, 2001. Proposals will be due on or about April 16, 2001.
