Description

Notice that the General Services Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with James R. Illman DBA SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared in support of the acquisition. For CLIN 0001, James R. Illman will provide software modifications and viability of upgrade to be used by NOAA, Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory. The Governments knowledge, James R. Illman DBA Software Engineering Associates services are proprietary and is sole source, therefor, no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be made before noon Pacific Standard Time of the response date listed above. Numbered Note 22 applies.
