Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to make award to TMA, Incorporated to develop an Internet based data maintenance application to allow remote input of load test data directly into the Deep Foundation Load Test Database(DFLTD). TMA, Incorporated is thoroughly familiar with FHWA_s deep foundation database and extensive experience in writing Internet applications for querying geotechnical databases. Because TMA, Incorporated wrote the current data maintenance module and has extensive knowledge of the DFLTD, no other source is considered reasonably available. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 23, 2001.
