Description

Establish committee(s) consisting of premier radio frequency energy (RFE) and bioeffects scientists and engineers with special emphasis on phased-array RFE systems. Committee(s) will evaluate specifics related to the RFE from the PAVE PAWS radar and address health concerns expressed by the community surrounding a PAVE PAWS site. This contract action is for Research services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council, under the authority of FAR 6.302.
