Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: SP4700-01-Q-2018. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is:42143,500 employees. The Contractor shall supply 14/EA Exabyte Internal Autoloader Tape Drive Units and 140/EA Mammoth2 20/50 8mm 75m SmartClean Tapes for the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) at Ft. Lee, VA. Delivery and installation shall commence with 30 days after receipt of order. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". The provision of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions, require to implement statutes or execute orders-commercial items, applies to this solicitation.
