Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, California, is soliciting offers for a Leo Electron Variable Pressure Scanning Electron Microscope, Model Number 1430VP-SEM240 or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-01-BA001 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This acquisition is solicited as full and open competition. The NAIC code is 334516 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Minimum salient characteristics include, but are not limited to: Quantity one (1) ea Leo 1430VP-230V 50/60 HZ(Main Instrument-BSD and No Printer) or equal, 1 ea P/N 1400-WIN98-US-Windows 98 Operating System -- US English or equal, 1 ea P/N 1400-JOYSTICK-Dual joystick stage controller or equal, 1 ea P/N 1400-19MONALLV-19" Flicker-Free XVGA Colour Monitor or equal, 1 ea 1400VP-4BSD24S or equal, 1 ea P/N 4BSD-1KV-Side Retractable 24MM Diode or equal, 1 ea P/N1400-EXTIF-X-Ray and External Scan Input Panel Kit or equal, 1 ea P/N 1400-CHILLER-110-OEM Supplier: Air Cooled Water Re-circulator (60Hz 110V) or equal, 1ea P/N CP-800DK-OEM-Supplier: Mitsubishi color Dye-sublimation printer including SCSI Interface cable and 4x5 media set for 100 prints or equal, 1 ea P/N IXRF-MSU, OEM Supplier: Intergrated IXRF EDS Systems or equal, 1 ea P/N 1400-CDROM, 640MB Writer-Re-Writer or equal, 1 ea P/N OXFORD-INCA200-OEM Supplier: Oxford INCA 200 EDS or equal.
