Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to AGFA, Teterboro, NJ for upgrade. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Hardware Upgrade Components: Hardware Upgrade for: 258 Platter Jukebox Upgrade includes: Upgrade existing 258 Plasmon Jukebox with a large 500 Platter Plasmon 4.6GB Jukebox with 6 drives. Differential SCSI Kit. Warranty on 500 platter runs out at the end of the warranty for the 258. This upgrade is only available with an E450 as the Archive Station. If the E450 option is not purchased, this system will not run on IMPAX version R4 or above. The jukebox 258 after being upgraded will be returned to AGFA. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole source within the discretion of the Government.
