Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to enter into a sole source purchase order (PO) with Big Apple Associates Limited Partnership [LESSOR] c/o Boston Properties, Inc., on behalf of the DOJ's Civil Division. The PO will be issued to allow the Lessor's agent to reconfigure a portion of the lower level office space in the building located @ 1301 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC to accommodate a re-utilization of the space. THE RECONFIGURATION WILL CONSIST OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING BUILDING SYSTEMS: ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL PLANT, PLUMBING [TO INCLUDE THE FIRE ALARM/SPRINKLER SYSTEM] AS WELL AS CARPENTRY AND GENERAL PAINTING ITEMS. The period of performance will from the date of award through April 1, 2001.
