The SEC desires to purchase databases known as: Credit Bureau Headers; this service shall be provided by a direct gateway to the provider so information is the most current. Service shall also provide a comprehensive online collection of public records with fill-in-the-blank templates to make it user friendly in finding these materials. Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6, a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SECHQ-01-0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates providision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires hotel accomodations for senior level staff from foreign securitie commissions, participating in the International Institute for Securities Market Development April 2001. Accomodations are necessary for approximately 20 people during the period of April 21, 2001 through May 5, 2001. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on the best value basis to that offeror whose quote is determined to be technically acceptable and determined by the government to be the most advantageous offer in accordnace with the evaluation criteria: Technical is weighed higher than price. Technical Factors are: 1. Ability to accomodate a large group of people. 2. Ability to demonstrate easy accesibility to the metro station. 3. Lodging located in a safe, well populated area. 4. Must provide government per diem. 5. All rooms must be equiped with kitchenettes. If however, technical quotes submitted receive a relatively equal rating, evaluation of the price quote may be the determining factor for award. Price Factor: Lodging costs may not exceed the US dollar Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) per diem rates currently in effect. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, include your TIN with your offer, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items.
