Program C692-S, Single Award term contract for the period 8/1/01 to 7/31/02. Manuals & Catalogs (separate-covered publications) trim sizes 6 x 9": approximately 3 orders for about 12 to 64 pages per order at about 500 to 25,000, 8-1/2 x 11" or (album style; one order for 11 x 8-1/2"): approximately 14 orders for about 8 to 1,000 pages per order at about 80 to 28,000 copies per order, with the majority of orders having under 500 copies. Operations includes electronic prepress, film making, printing in one or two ink colors, binding, packing and distribution. Furnished materials must be picked up in Washington, DC. Deliver f.o.b. destination to approximately 3 addresses in the Washington, DC area. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Quality level III. Bid opening anticipated during the month of July 2001.
