Program C884-S, Single Award term contract for the period 8/1/01 to 7/31/02. Medical Practice Guidelines (various self- and separate covered, perfect bound and saddle-stitched books and pamphlets) trim sizes 4 x 9" and 6 x 9". Approximately 75 orders per year. Pages range from 8 to 300 with approximately 5,000 to 400,000 copies per order. Operations includes film making, electronic prepress, printing in one or two ink colors, binding, packing, and distribution. Furnished materials to be picked up in Rockville, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to approximately 3 to 10 addresses and ship the bulk of the order f.o.b. contractor's city. Quality level III. Request bid by invitation letter to the address above.
