Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-306-01-139- AN (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Building Repairs and Renovations. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to Renovate and repair one building under a subcontract at Uplands Apartments in Baltimore, Maryland. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Subcontractor will have to provide the work in accordance with labor rates published under Davis Bacon. Certified payrolls are required weekly. This IFB is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Subcontractors must visit the site to inspect the work to be completed. Arco reserves the right to select more than one subcontractor for this solicitation.
