Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to negotiate a sole source increase to the contract with The Advertising Council, Inc., New York, NY for Recruitment Campaign Services for the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Services will include assessing potential modifications to the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign's Strategy Approach and Revising the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign: Communication Strategy Statement. Negotiations are being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. Due to the urgency of this requirement, FISC intends to award a sole source modification within 7 days after the publication of this notice. See Note 22. There is no solicitation available for this requirement.
