Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to make award to Consulpave International to develop a study on the development of expanded documentation for the study of Long Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) pavement deflections. Because Consulpave International conducted the previous research study on the LTPP Pavement Defections and has the required in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the study, no other source is considered reasonably available. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 22, 2001.
