- This is a synopsis of a requirement for ship repair. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-01-Q-3FAC90. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, services, and competence to complete the following on the USCGC SENECA (WMEC-905): 1.Inspect and Repair the Fin Stabilizer. Performance period is March 28 to May 2, 2001. Place of performance is Boston, MA. Specifications to be provided on request. There is a non-refundable fee for drawings of $50.00 in the form of a certified check or money order payable to US Coast Guard. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date. The proposed solicitation listed here will be awarded as part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
