Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), F49642-01-T-0126. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421430. Pricing will be based on GSA schedule GS-26F-1001B. Only faxed or email quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNNS number, and telephone number with its offer. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
