Description

Modification to synopsis posted in CBDNet on 28 Nov 00. Note 1 is deleted and the procurement is now unrestricted. An amendment will be issued to delete the small business set-aside and reopen the solicitation, issue revised specifications, and establish a new closing date. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation and amendments from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online web site at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
