Description

Modification to add the following additional information: This requirement is for CLIN 0001 AN/PVS-14 Battery Housing, Part No. A3256343, battery housing shall be form, fit and function operable with the AN/PVS14, Minimum Quantity of 1,000 each, Maximum Quantity of 5,000 each. Please provide pricing for the quantity breaks for Years 1 and 2 for CLIN 0001 as follows: CLIN 0001- Quantity 50 100;Quantity 101 500; Quantity 501 1,000; Quantity 1,001 2,000; Quantity 2,001 3,000; Quantity 3,001 4,000; Quantity 4,001 5000. Weighted average of unit prices for each year will be totaled for evaluation purposes. Add the following clauses in full: FAR 52.216-19 -Order Limitations (October 1995) (a) Minimum Order. When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than 100 each, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, those supplies or services under the contract. (b) Maximum Order. The contractor is not obligated to honor (1) Any order for a single item in excess of 5,000 each. (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of 5,000 each or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 30 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in subparagraph (1) or (2) of this section. Add FAR 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity (Oct 1995) fill in -- Contractor shall not be required to make any deliveries under this contract after the last delivery on the last delivery order issued under this contract. The ordering period will not exceed 2 years from the effective date of the contract. Add the following to 52.212-2 The Government is allowing for multiple awards in accordance with FAR 16.504. If multiple awards are made each delivery order will be competed among the awardee's.
