Description

Service: One-time to provide 7 EE rated batteries and 3 E rated batteries for 10 government owned forklifts. The batteries shall comply with the information on the data plate of each vehicle: voltage, amp hour capacity, and allowable weight range. Contractor shall install new batteries and remove and dispose of old batteries. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure the batteries fit the forklifts. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR DATA REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE. INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION MY BE OBTAINED BY CALLING 1-800-227-2423 or via the internet at http://ccr/edi/disa/mil. Requests for quote may be faxed to 717-770-5689, Attention the Contract Specialist.
