Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to renovate the Law Enforcement Facility, BLDG 295. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 11 Apr 01. Request For Proposal will close on or about 11 May 01. Performance period is 150 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award, see Internet Site https://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/ccradd.asp). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and 1,000,000.
