Description

Scope of work includes but is not limited to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to replace a total of 3,358 gaskets or approximately 43,750 lineal feet of gasket material on the four elevations at the Ralph H. Metcalfe Building, 77 W. Jackson, Chicago, Illinois. Time for completion is 180 calendar days from receipt of a notice to proceed. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to both small and large business concerns. Award will be made on an unrestricted size basis under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The NAICS is 235920 with a size standard of $11.5 million and the estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. GSA will issue this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.eps.gov, on or about April 2, 2001. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and drawings. It is also the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. No hard copies will be provided.
