Description

Work consists of removal and disposal of oil-fired furnaces and boilers, underground storage tanks and associated piping. Site work includes location of building, grading and access drive to Central Heating Building from roadway. Constructing new Central Heating Building of concrete masonry with masonry ties for future stone veneer. Central Heating Building will contain hot water boilers (LPG), chiller and plate & frame heat exchanger with cooling tower, pumps and associated equipment to provide heating and cooling. Control system shall be Direct Digital. Existing LPG gas tank to be removed and upgraded to a larger LPG tank. Underground HW and CW piping to be routed from Central Heating Building to Museum, Chief Ranger and Headquarter buildings. Piping will follow existing utility corridor and asphalt paved pedestrian pathways to all three buildings. Price range $500,000 to $1,000,000. For copy of solicitaiton fax request to 970-529-5084.
