THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR DRIVE MOTOR ISOLATION SWITCHES SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following information and changes: 1. Attached for your information is the attendance sheet from the Pre-Bid Conference held March 6, 2001. 2. An updated Planholders list is provided for your information. 3. Davis Bacon General Wage Decision No. CA000029 dated 3/2/01 is attached and hereby supersedes the Wage Decision previously issued with the subject RFO. 4. This project is only to procure the No-Load Switches for the UPWT. Disregard any reference made to installation and any reference made to a second facility known as the National Full Scale Aeronautics Complex (NFAC) as shown on the Specification Cover Sheet. This solicitation is to procure, fabricate switches only for the UPWT. 5. In Section K, page I-6, paragraph K.9., correct the NAICS code to read 235310 instead of 233320 and the dollar value to read $11.5 million instead of $27.5 million. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 03/07/01 and published in the CBD on 03/07/01.
