Pre-solicitation No. GS-02P-01-PIC-0021, Firm Fixed-price type requirement for the removal of three (3) existing air-cooled chillers and replacement/installation of three(3) new chillers with similar dimensions and capacity located at the Federal Office Building Christiansed, St. Croix, USVI. The period of performance for such requirement is 168 calendar days. This procuement is 100 percent SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code 235110 applies. The sized standard is $11.5 mil. The magnitude of the proposed procuement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation bid package will be available on 3/26/01. All requests for bid package will be accepted in writing only. Requests can be mailed to Caribbean Property Management Center, Federico Degetau Federal Building 150, Carlos Chardon Ave., Rm 359, Hato Rey, PR 00918-1746, Attn: Lorena Cruz. Telephone and or fax requests will NOT be accepted. The number of solicitation packages will be limited to one (1) per firm that will be bidding as prime contractor only. Bid documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis, until supply is exhausted. Requests for planholders list will be accepted in writing only.
